Got this for my mom, as she doesn't have home internet, and her tablet is getting pretty old. I set it up for her in advance prior to giving it to her, and the features all worked very smoothly. Took it for a "test drive" a bit myself to test its features. So far so good!I bought this item under the Amazon Renewed label, so it was way cheaper than MSRP, and works just like new! A few scuffs on the outer lid, but my mom's a self-described "Thrift Store Queen", so she doesn't mind it. Thanks, Renew technicians!

I ordered this laptop, it works great. The display, the speed and overall performance is excellent. However, it doesn’t have the keyboard backlight option. I returned the first one and I mentioned the issue, the representative assured me that they’ll send a replacement with this issue fixed. It looks like this model does not have that feature and Amazon and even Samsung CSR failed to mention that. I don’t have time to return it and now I don’t feel good when I use it. ☹️

This Samsung laptop works like a charm. It sync's to my Samsung phone and I like it better than than I do the tablet line.

So fast and exactly what I expected for the price. There have been no issues so far! The battery life is amazing, perfect for me as a college student.

I purchased this Galaxy Book Go a few weeks ago and it was in perfect condition. No scratches nor dings. I used it with Wi-Fi connectivity. Today I took it to AT&T and got it added to my plan and a sim card installed for 5G connectivity. This is a perfect laptop for me for the things that I need to do. Also, with the 5G connectivity it is a great item for traveling due to having service at all times. It loads fast, and I already have a Microsoft plan that I added this Book Go to my plan. It's great being able to have access to all of my files on Microsoft and not have to use all of my storage on my Book Go. I can start working on my Galaxy Book Go, Tab S8 or phone and continue working without hesitation. Going in, I didn't expect for this to be a top-of-the-line laptop and expect for it to do things that a $1500.00 laptop would do. I have one of those and I have to treat it delicately. I baby this laptop... But I will not fear traveling with it. Great Device!!

For starters this was sold as refurbished in Excellent condition and it arrived with very notable scuffs on the outer shell. Next the screen is absolute awful, its a TN panel (the worst kind even at this price) so you have to be looking straight at it or it gets a lot of wash out. I only used it for about 6 Hours before I had to factory reset the device as something in the windows became corrupted. Battey life is about 8 hours with the screen brightness turned down to 60% watching youtube or 2.5 hours with brightness at max. When the brightness is below 90% the screen quality just gets worse. And to make things worse this is an ARM based laptop (to be fair this is clearly stated in the add and they make no effort to deceive you) witch it feels like windows is really behind on adopting ARM and it shows... very glitchy, and most 3rd party apps don't work and the ones that do are much slower and don't work completely. at the end of the day for the price I would go with this if you want LTE sim support as was one of the big reasons i picked this laptop. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B084SQDB1V/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_2?smid=A2Q2VZBAI1K1M4&psc=1 , this is probably what I will order in place of this laptop.

I bought 2 pf them My daughter use it for their online school and they do all their work in it. It’s connected with Verizon and we travel through the states haven’t had a problem we only use it for school nothing else is downloaded on it. Only thing is pretty fragile be careful pressing the mouse area too hard it’s already kind of warped but for its price its no bad at all. I pay 40 per line for each computer with Verizon for connection.

Power block for the charger didn't work. Had to buy a new one. Laptop itself....so far no issues.
