it sure is helping me!
i have had problems with my right foot - specifically fractures toes that required a boot for several weeks - i'm not a runner anymore so i walked a lot and did aerobics - after the boot came off i really wasn't able to do anything except ride a stationary bike (not nearly as much fun for me) - then graduated to a treadmill but i missed being outside walking so i tried the kinesio tape - i had used the tape before on my neck/shoulders and it really helped so i was familiar with the product - from the first day i used the precut foot tape my foot sighed with relief! i have been using it for several weeks now having it on my foot for 5 days at a time - 2 days off - and i can do whatever i want - i have orthodics (flat feet) and the tape works just fine with them - for me, being able to walk outside and do aerobics again (albeit silver sneakers) i am so pleased - the tape has really helped - highly recommend

Just ok.
I LOVE K-tape. I use it for a multitude of different strains and injuries, but this precut pack is supposed to be for feet-feet that you are walking on and that are encased in socks and shoes and are in constant motion-and the adhesive on them is just not strong enough to make them feasible for wear for more than a day, or less if you are hiking…………. I bought a couple packs and couldn’t get more than one day out of them, and sometimes not even a full day. They did help alleviate my plantar fasciitis a bit but the cost is prohibitive from changing them every single day.

Poor Quality
I've been using KTape for years. I usually cut my own tape but I saw this pre-cut foot application Ktape so I decided to try it. It was a complete waste of money!! It started falling off in less than 3 hrs. So I used my own Ktape using the recommended foot application and it's been on securely all day even after showering.

Yes, great way to try Kinesio! Product works well for me.
I was recently diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and found the taping the podiatrist did very helpful. Unfortunately, after a few days, my skin was quite irritated by the adhesive tape. I found recommendations of Kinesio tape on several websites and noted that it is hypoallergenic. Not only was the pre-cut foot tape a good trial, it also gave me a good style for taping. Although the Kensio website says that the colors of the tape represent no difference at all in the tape itself, I noted many reviewers mentioned tape preferences by color. The precut package includes pink and blue tape. The pink tape is for the bottom of the foot, heel to toe, and the blue tape crosses the sole at the arch and goes up onto the foot. I found that the blue tape irritated the skin on my foot. I had no problem with the pink tape. The taping also lasted several days. I have since ordered myself a roll of Kinesio tape in pink.

Rub the tape well!!
These are great for my foot which I injured a while ago. However, I forgot there is only 2 for the foot. I had to cut the tape which wraps under my foot because they only sent one of that.

Miracle in tape form
I was a week out from surgery and in a desperate attempt to avoid going through that again (different foot) I decided to try this tape. Best decision EVER. I'm able to do all of the activities I avoided, which is everything. I have slight 'sore spots' from time to time but nothing like the debilitating pain I did have. I'm even able to go a day without the tape every so often! I have a friend with the same problem that it doesn't work as well for, but it is worth a try, I promise!

Kinesio tape for foot
I would give this a higher rating if the seller would admit that this is very difficult for a person to self-apply. The stretchiness is obviously part of the process, but I think I wasted my money. The only taping that works for my foot is when the PT applies regular tape with my foot at 90 degrees. It's very, very hard to reach over and do it to yourself. This came right off, and I feel I wasted my money, plus it took me the better part of 1/2 hour to figure it out.Maybe if you buy this and take it into your PT, they might be able to apply it for you and it would stay on and work properly.Otherwise, it is an intriguing idea, but it didn't work for me.
