this was my second box, from these people, i had to reset the box to update, The company sent me an email with instructions, plus gave me phone support. Excellent service, box is first class, works as it should, easy to use and download apps, via usb or play store. highly recommend.

The box itself is great and would recommend but is slow. It works great with Netflix and Disney plus and all of the other streaming apps. I also would say if you get this box to factory reset it as it connect to internet but says limited connection even when plugged in with lan cable. Also minor issue is that when turned off and unplugged the box resets the time and date and also doesn't give you internet (even using a LAN cable) this issue won't apply with anybody not moving it around.

I bought this box because I wanted to upgrade to android 6 and have a larger memory. The remote control doesn't respond alot of the time and is really annoying. The initial main screen has a delay and shows 2 short banners at the top one of which says New York, and until they disappear no access is available to any content. A real shame because it's a neat little box.

Very poor performance from this. I was expecting it to perform a lot better with it being 2 gig and 16 gig storage. Won't play video's through memory stick in video player, no sound.I have had a no name box from China for nearly 3 years and this works faster and plays anything I Chuck at it. Only bought this new box as thought I would upgrade to a higher Android platform.

Bought to replace m9s, which wasn't bad but this is notably faster with extra ram. Easy to set up, lots of good, preloaded features

Been using this box for a little while know, once you put your apps on it it's a good little box for the price.

The Device operates well and is seems to be stable the only problem I had with it was its very dark video playback which I am afraid was the primary reason I bought it and this is why I have rated it low everything else seems to be fine and bright so I see no reason why the video is dim as a result I have already replaced it with an Amazon fire stick with voice search the device is fine for non video apps.
