I'm a hatch green chile lover who can't get her hands on ANYTHING like this locally. While a few restaurants offer "hatch chile" sauces, they're just . . . not the same. This has the flavor I miss from Denver, and I've really enjoyed cooking with it. I didn't find it particularly spicy, even through the hot label, but that's nothing a little ghost pepper powder can't fix right up!Arrived on time, unbroken, and it was utterly delicious. If you, like me, miss the green chile of your youth, try this out!

Searching for Hatch chilis, not canned, that would be suitable for a chili-cheese hamburger, I found this and I’m so glad that I did! The glass jar clearly shows the chili goodness inside, and it was carefully packed to avoid any damage en route. We’re not big chili consumers in terms of quantity, but we do value quality and this checked off the box. Will definitely buy again, and recommend, too. Fairly priced for the quality product and packaging.

Really good. The way the prepare it is fine. I do love hatch flame roasted chili. And this is a good value for your money if u don’t wanna spend a lot on a bushel

Just bought these to put into a pot roast. Wow, another level! Taste is great, feel and smell fresh and really livens up a roast or stew. I’m addicted now!

Hatch chile has a persona not matched by others. Having been raised in New Mexico and growing chile for fun, I have tried many brands. Zia was the most satisfying for me and continues to be each year.

Love the flavor and the quantity really jam-packed. I found if I mix with any kind of salsa, it enhances the flavor, it also goes good with just about everything. They do very good cleaning, never found any seeds or pepper skin highly recommend. We'll definitely buy again.
