Nutrija company products are used by me in past also and this is most potent burner ephedra. Dont ever exceed 50mg .. 50mg dose is enough to start your fat melting after half an hour .. it is not an steroid or magic drug you still have to workout but this helps to use fat storage as energy so you will be lose fat faster but dont exceed 50mg as its enough to give you small pulpitations and youll feel more active but if you reach 100mg then youll feel nervous palpitations start you will start breathing heavy like dogs as your metabolism as risen up your heart beats faster youll feel it .. i took it but with jogging i controlled it maybe other wouldnt have been able to .. so 50mg is enough if your goal is fat loss .. best for fat people or endomorph body type
