I have tried many supplements, including oyster mushroom capsules, from Kiki Health before and have been very pleased with them. I was keen to try this powder because it’s much more versatile than capsules. I can add it to food, to smoothies or even to hot chocolate for a treat. I can also choose the exact dose. It has a pleasant mushroomy, savoury flavour with a slightly burnt aftertaste, easy to eat on its own or mixed with something else. I’m having some every morning with my breakfast.Mushrooms are the latest big thing in health and oyster mushrooms are supposed to be good for the heart, the immune system and your blood sugar balance as well as being antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. At the recommended dose of half a teaspoon (1g) this little jar will last for 50 days.The brown glass bottles used by Kiki health are very attractive and this one is just 10 cm high. The best before date is difficult to read but I think it says September 2026, a year and a half from now.

This is of excellent quality and comes in a nice jar but is expensive compared to others that I have tries. Its taste good but a bit expensive compared to other brands but will only buy again if on offer

I like to include mushroom extracts in my diet for the health benefits, but this one is one of the better tasting ones. The orangey powder has a slight savoury taste that is a little beefy and very pleasant. This makes it good to add to dishes that you want that flavour in like bolognaise and soups. Although it is quite expensive at £22.50 for 50g you only need a small amount per day, so it should last a while. It comes in a darkened glass jar with an easy to remove screw top lid and the jar displays good information on ingredients and how to use.

This is just pure organic oyster mushroom extract in a 50 gram glass jar. The jar is amber to help prevent light reacting with the mushroom powder which is a good touch.It's all made from pure fruiting mushroom bodies and I think one gram per day is plenty - making this powder stretch out for two months.So considering the quality I think this is good value, organic, non GMO, vegan friendly pure, no fillers - I can definitely recommend this and will restock when this runs out.

The mushroom extract is supplied as a fine powder (with no clumps) in a quality dark glass bottle.Apparently the "mushrooms are cultivated on moist wood-chips, creating a robust, high quality extract, with the highest concentration of bio-active components" - according to the label. The taste is a little earthy and relatively mild, and I'm sure it could be mixed into a mug of coffee for ease of taking.There are lots of potential benefits of oyster mushrooms. You are recommended to take around 1g per day, and the bottle contains 50g of powder, so it should last for a reasonable while.
