I'm not the best at planning early meals, the carne I have made using this comes out really good and it's not salty. I have to add some but that's good if you use multiple spices.

Great flavor spice pack. The all purpose is just that. Not over bearing or overwhelming. Nice Spanish/Mexican flavoring to add with anything. The Chile de Arbol is spicy, not knock you down spicy, but is noticeable. Again not overwhelming, just a nice hat with great flavors. Recommend. Looking forward to trying their other flavors soon.

These are legit. So nice to have some authentic flavors in a bottle that can be thrown into some steak or pork on the fly. The al pastor is on point.

I have not used the surf and turf, I did the Mexican and it was perfect. I’m going to use it in my omelette

I picked up some of the all purpose seasoning on a trip to Florida, but can’t find it near me. Since we can’t get the all purpose alone we went with this combo. The other spice is good too, but I would prefer to not be forced into a variety pack.

Buy all their spices and put your South of the border recipes over the top. Some of the best Mexican spices I've tried. I tried one purchase based on reviews and ended up ordering all of them. I made fajitas for my family with the habanero citrus on the meat and ancho chili on the peppers and onions. They went home and placed an order.

This stuff is great. Weve been putting it on elk burgers, duck breast, as well as ono, and yellowtail, and its been great. Its super versatile, and seems to go with everything!

I’ve been following this brand and some of the promoters on IG for some time. Decided to order All Purpose and Surf & Turf. Packaging and presentation were expected. Unfortunately, it underwhelmed from there. I spent all weekend seasoning/cooking/grilling chicken, steaks, eggs, guacamole and fajitas. The flavor just wasn’t there. Marinating the food was very aromatic so I was fully expecting it to translate to taste. I’m a bit heavy handed with seasoning to begin with, but still found myself add more to try and kickstart the flavor. Don’t get me wrong it was not flavorless. But for the amount of seasoning I put on, it was still just a subtle undertone of flavor. Not bold or bright as the labeling suggests. I’d rate it a 6/10 on the flavor scale. I don’t think I’ll be buying anymore or trying any other options. There are other seasonings I’ve used that pack all the flavor and punch. Disappointed these will not be in my cooking rotation.
