Converts regular 3 prong to hdmi imput
I had an older DVD player with 3 prong connector but newer TV with only hdmi plugs..no 3 prong inserts. This plug solves that problem and allows you to plug older devices into newer tv's to continue using them. Works well as it should.

Useless and a waste of money
I tried to hook up a dvd player to a smart tv and there's no signal. What a waste of money. I definitely do not recommend.
