WELDING GLOVES HIGH TEMPERATURE STOVE LONG LINED WELDERS GAUNTLETS LOG FIRE, KEVLAR

I bought a cheap Arc Welder from Lidl and after reading welding forums about what safety gear I needed, a stout pair of welding gloves went to number 2 on my list (after an auto-darkening welding helmet). I looked around on Amazon and these seemed to fit the bill for a reasonable price.When they arrived, I was happy with the quality of the stitching and the material. When being worn, they are comfortable enough - maybe the liner is a bit short in the fingers for me. Certainly comfortable enough to be worn for up to an hour at a time, which I would expect to be fine for the hobbyist welder.I have also used them in other situations, where protection from hot items was required e.g. picking up and adjusting items being brazed etc and they have provided suitable protection.They are still going strong and I would expect them to have a good long life.

Bought for our log burner. Very happy. Great value for money. Feel like have decent dexterity whilst being safe. Can easy place and move logs into the log burner. Even ones that are smouldering. Very happy

These gloves, although large are not so enormous they don’t fit. Please note manufacturers, many women carry out traditional ‘male’ jobs!

I like the length, thickness and colour. We use them with our wood burner stove. They protect our hands when adding logs to the fire!

Fabulous sturdy gloves. I used them for my wood burner and they are excellent. Good fit and I’m male 6’ large build. My wife how is much smaller say they are just the job also for her.

I can actually pick up embers and put them back in the fire with these heat resistant gloves. Really well made and I think they'll outlast me.I've also used them in the garden to rip out some bramble and Hawthorne and they did an excellent job of protecting my hands.

Good colour, soft on the inside not sure if I would use for welding though, I felt the heat through them when used on picking up hot deflector plates on my kamado joe. The reason I purchased them was because they were welders glove and are supposed to be heat proof
