Works really well. The top part of my ear was injured and filled up. It hurt and I didn't want it to heal extra thick. I had my ear drained (by a nurse) then used the magnets. My ear stuck out a bit extra while the magnets were on, but it want back to normal after it was healed. I used the bigger magnets. They stuck pretty strong, but if my ear hurt too much I'd move the magnets over slightly to reduce the discomfort. Definitely worth not having cauliflower ear!

Tried a couple other magnets with no success. Ordered these and they worked perfectly. My son came home with gross cauliflower ears from wrestling and wanted to fix. After we drained his ears (very gross) we put these on and they kept pressure on so they could properly heal. And they don’t look that bad so it wasn’t hard to get him to wear them. Great product!!!

Same as CauliBuds, except they come with double the amount. Excellent product, that is easy to use and comes with a cool pouch. Save your money and buy SenseAid, NOT CAULIBUDS.

I don't like that the patterns/logo are on the inside on one side, no matter how I arrange them. Otherwise five stars. I want it smooth on both sides that touch my ear. Other than that, great! Strong magnets, good compression. I'm using it to flatten keloids after surgery, and she's getting flat, all right. It hurts if you wear it too long, but that's your choice as a user.

Edited to add:After my husband's ear injury, he put these on for a day, went to the clinic for a better fix since it was getting pretty bad, and the ENT was impressed by how well these worked at keeping the swelling at bay.Original review:These are very strong magnets, come in a neat little case that fit in any gym bag, and perform just as well as certain products twice the price. These worked very well. Only problem was that you couldn’t wear them for a long time. They would have too much pressure after a while. They worked great minus that.

Magnets are way too weak. not enough pressure and easily fall off

These work great if you have recently drained your ear and it is flat. They do not work if your ear is swollen because they're not strong enough to hold together.
