Excellent 2-in-1 laptop, perfect for travel
My 11.9" back up laptop crashed just a few days before I was leaving on a trip so I needed a replacement quickly but didn't have the time to do much research. This was the size I needed and at a price that worked on short notice. Still I was leery ordering a renewed laptop but feel like I won the lottery. I ordered the "Good" version and received what looks like a brand new laptop. No idea what the "excellent" renewed laptops are like since the one I received looks perfect and the battery holds a full charge. The laptop arrived on time so I can highly recommend this seller even though others may have had a different experience. As for the laptop itself, I wanted the smaller 11.9" 2-in-1 laptop and newer ones (of different brands) are far more expensive and more than I needed as a secondary device. This Latitude works perfectly. I do not have any sticking keys as a few have mentioned. Trackpad, connection inputs, wifi- Bluetooth, video, sound, etc.. - all work perfectly. The touchscreen is very responsive and I use it often. I was able to easily upgrade from the Windows 10 to Windows 11. Note that despite the item description the keyboard is NOT backlit. I would have liked that but not a deal breaker. The build quality of the device is for superior to my old laptop - definitely a step up and a better value. For the price this laptop has been amazing.

Works great, very happy : )
It's a small gem that looks great and works perfectly. Well, the #4 key sticks a little, but that's minor. The touchscreen works great. I tried the tablet feature and no problems! I'm very happy with it, especially the lighted power cable. I wish my main laptop had that feature. The battery holds a good charge. It didn't come with a manual, but I can probably find one online.I prefer a larger laptop, but needed a backup to use when I take my main laptop in for some needed repair. I'll also use this one for travel. I had forgotten what a pain it is to set up Windows, but you have to do that with any new computer.FYI, you DO NOT have to set up an online account for Windows. Look for a spot during setup that says "Local Account". For me, it was on the bottom left of the screen when being prompted to set up an account.

REFUSED DUE TO SOFTWARE FAIL! OS still crummy
Nice hardware, bad OS (but windows is still better than Chrome OS). I really hate using Windows, it is ugly, incoherent, unintelligent, error-prone. I HATE MIROSOFT FOR THIS IMPOSITION. I want my LINUX back and easy access (coherent) to the EFFI / BIOS, so I may load up as many OS as I may wish to fit on this nice hardware. I detest Windows and Chrome, using these is a torment and a constant insult to my well-being.UPDATE: SOFTWARE ENCOUNTERED ON THESE MACHINES IS GARBAGE! IT IS JUNK! IT IS CRUEL! IT IS UGLY! IT IS IVASIVE! IT IS INCONSIDERATE! IT IS PAINFUL TO USE! SEEMS TO HAVE BEE DESIGNED BY PREDATORY SADDISTS!I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH CODING ENGINEERS WHO MADE THIS INCIDIOUS, WASTEFUL, TRASH!

Awesome for price
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Amazing for the price. Pretty small and comes apart at the seams after a while, but it’s perfect for a first time laptop especially during school. I run games like Minecraft and some RPGs and it generally goes pretty well.

Awesome linux laptop!
Throw linux mint on it or your favorite distro. Reduced the partition for Windows to mainly run Linux on dual boot. The brand new laptops under $200 are complete garbage. The plastic is so hard it hurts my hands. This model is about 6 years old and works great. Be prepared to get a new battery and possibly a new keyboard. All the replacement batteries suck. They won't last long. I don't care because this is usually plugged in somewhere. There is some glare on the screen but I can get a screen protector. Too many fake reviews especially for laptop parts. This model was made for education. All the newer laptops force you into a stupid Windows account. I almost wiped windows but thought I would just leave it on there as a backup. I will be full time with Linux other than work moving forward. Great laptop. Replacement keyboard was under $7. I won't knock at any stars this meets all of my needs for what it's going to be used for.

Quality control of refurbishment questionable
Only 3 stars because quality control for this refurbished unit was obviously not very thorough! My initial impression was good until I had to find out that several keys on the keyboard are just not working at all or require a certain "sweet spot" to be hitFast typing it not possible and 2 keys are not functioning at allSince I use an external keyboard connected via bluetooth and the item serves my needs I consider to keep it but.....can only recommend this refurbished model if you intend to use the touch screen or have an extra keyboard

Does the job well enough
Judging from reviews, it looks like this laptop is a roulette of it being in good condition or poor condition upon arrival. It looks like I got lucky and mine works well upon arrival. The battery life is poor and the external parts are beat up, but the internal components and the screen are fine. For the low price, I would consider this excellent. Just be mindful of Windows 10's end-of-life coming in late 2025, if security is a risk you care about for your laptop. But for minor school, work, and hobby documents with no seriously confidential information, a cheap laptop with Win 10 like this ought to be good enough.
