A very handy and cost effective phone
Bought this phone for my dad and it arrived before the expected time. I'd say that it is very cost effective, very easy to set up, had a good battery life and it runs smoothly. Overall it gets the job done.

Unlocked or locked who's to say
Amazon service has been great. I ordered a phone to use on mint Mobile in New Jersey these phones said they were unlocked and worked on me. The first one did not mint said it was locked Amazon says it's not locked XYZ they sent me a replacement to try the same exact problem miscellaneous different packaging the phone itself seems fine but certainly not working on the carrier I try the SIM card in a different cell phone and it works fine..Amazon company and service has been nothing but wonderful over the decade plus I've been with them this particular seller certainly does not work for me

It works with a southamerican carrier
My biggest fear was that it would not work for my mom visiting us in the us who’s phone died. Happily this phone works for internacional carriers specifically Tigo from South America. Only problem is the chager if you look at the pictures its a weird plug that doesn’t work in the US or any of the Americas. I used the cable but charged very slow.

Hard to set up and comes with a travel adaptor instead of normal box
I can't use the charger since I live in the US. Phone is slow to react and it is hard to get set up. Works fine as a phone for a tween.
