no touch is working for this monitor

A few cons listed below.
1. Glossy screen is not good for the people looking to use this monitor for work purposes2. Touch is not working when connected to the phone. I connected the monitor with my phone one plus 9R.3. Volume is really not upto the mark. Hard to listen anything with the full volume.4. Otherwise all good.

Best design, least compatible
Slim and flat back, nice design, screen appearance is also pleasant. But bro, buy only if your source system has a thunderbolt port , ordinary type C is useless for touch or even to show screen. Also, it will work with high end phones only which has such a higher port, they call it something like Dex. High end phone afford karne wale hote hum to ise kyu lete bhai. 67 watt external fast charger se bhi nahi chalega, aur iska khud ka charger uske sath nahi aata, aur separate bhi available nahi hai. Touch cannot be used with HDMI. Tuczer pen does not draw a continuous line like finger. Produces discrete line if you are thinking for graphic art. Artists still have to wait until some producer notes this.

Worst speakers
I had bought this model because it is touch , has external speakers and wall mounting support. But actuall this product did have wall mounting support,it’s support pad is slippery and WORST is speakers you can hardly hear anything thing. So actually it is a external monitor without speaker

Fraudulent Product
The product which they are saying touch screen is not touch screen. And the compatibility with the laptop is also bad and is not funtioning. Waste of money and a chetat product it is.
