we bought this as a Christmas present, i have NEVER used an espresso machine but decided to dive into the espresso world. in the beginning i was sooo confused. i went through a whole bag of beans trying to learn how to pull a decent shot. i ended up not using it for months! after a ton on research and learning on my end. i can pull a really good shot now! i LOVE it.. my only problem is i wanted to buy some accessories but i cannot find out what size portafilter basket this comes with, i have bought a dosing funnel and a screen in 54mm and they are to small, and I'm unable to find anything bigger.. other than me being messy with the coffee grounds I Love being able to make my own coffee at home!

I was hesitant since I read the reviews but boy am I extremely glad I decided to pull the trigger. Not only does this give you everything you need for a cup of espresso it works great. From the cup warmer to the ease of use I’m happy with this product. The only complaint is that it showed what can be made with my machine in the instructions but doesn’t give you ratios on how to make them. It seems like a good build quality so hopefully it lasts sometime. Love the fact I can make an affogato whenever I want now!

I bought this espresso machine for my coffee loving husband, but he used it for less than 2 weeks before it stopped working. The grinder would no longer grind the coffee beans because they kept getting stuck. So of course I returned it. However to add insult to injury, Amazon or maybe the manufacturer has still not refunded my money after almost a month since it has been returned. I keep getting excuses about the refund system not working (which is an asinine response considering this is a billion dollar company and I can’t imagine a refund processing system being down for a month would suffice). Everyday I’m told 3-5 business days, and we’re on day 21. I’m highly annoyed, and I think I’ll start shopping at Costco more exclusively since they seem to be the only retailer to get it right on all fronts. SMH.

Bought for my wife for christmas, easy to use , just takes a little to get use to .quickly heats up to work.

My mistake! I thought I was ordering a replacement for my Breville. This machine comes with a lot of stuff “bundle” compelling me to throw out other stuff. Everything is measured and that makes my latte just like yours, but I prefer more milk than you.

This is GREAT value for my very 1st machine. Personally I have 28 different methods of making my brew. 5 grinder/3 scales and that said I do know about making coffees. This product has been with me 1 year now. It is a FANTASTIC starter machine with everything you need to learn the ins and outs of espresso making for your home.....And I do mean EVERYTHING ya need. Doing espresso is a huge trial and error thing, IE: beans,dose,extraction but with some practice and patients you can be very satisfied. If anyone is interested in trying their hand at making espresso, I strongly suggest this product. (side note) Their customer support is second to none. Excellent and very helpful. Do your research folks and i believe that most would agree that this machine is WELL WORTH IT. There is an old ad on tv from many years ago that says......"Try it, You'll like it" ..............Enjoy

We have had this machine for 1 1/2 months now . This is a replacement for a Brim espresso machine without a grinder. Here are my observations,Very messy:Porta filler does not receive the grinds in the proper location. Makes a mess constantly. I’ve decided to use a small shot glass to collect the grinds, and then inverted into the porta filler to reduce the mess. Really shouldn’t have to do that because they advertise it as a convenient porta filter directly from the grinderCheap Light weight plastic tamperNo pressure baskets. they could’ve given us a couple of pressurized strainers, instead of all the junk that they send you.No pressure gauge (it could use one because I still can’t dial in the proper pressure to make a good cup)Grinder shoot clogs up and bogs down the grinder. this was a major problem. I had to stick a small screwdriver up the inside of the shoot. The coffee grinds had accumulated in there, Making it impossible for the machine to dispense grinds.Too many extras. Manufacturer could have built a better quality machine-or upgraded the more important accessories instead of spending money on towels and brushes and cups covers and measures etc.. They give you way too much stuff you can’t possibly use it all.Perhaps they do this intentionally to make it difficult for you to return it if you’re not satisfied.Update 1/14/25. Porta filler is cracked and fell off the basket. I had a feeling this would happen as sometimes you have to put effort to lock it in. Machine is no longer sold and can’t find a replacement portafiller. Hope I can call the manufacturer… fingers crossed

I am quite happy with the purchase. Once you figure out the correct settings, making a cup of expresso is quick and easy. The machine heats up real fast. I with the Hot water feature was a little faster, but this is not what I purchased this unit to do all the time.
