So far, ive had strawberry and mango. Both very good. I usually do a half serving per day to get more length out of these but i definitely feel better overall taking this daily. A little more convenient and better quality than liquid iv i feel too. Definitely recomend if you are looking into supplementing electrolytes

These are the best. They are super clean and very tastey. They have significantly boosted my hydration and recovery after lifts/long runs. It mixes super well too with water. I have even mixed it with carbonated water and it was delicious. It is also a good value for high quality electrolytes with a great flavor and little to no sugars.

I bought this because I have had ongoing issues with charley horses when I sleep and blood work always shows I'm also mildly dehydrated. Unfortunately, I have a low pulse and blood pressure and my pulse has been dropping down below 50 and staying there for 10+ minutes even when I'm awake and moving around. It's probably not the best option for those of us with low blood pressure and low pulses.It has a decent taste and dissolves easily.

Besides me just being over electrolytes. Lol! The flavor is perfect. I have to be on them due to low sodium blood work. It’s been like this for months. So yeah I’m over it. However, the taste is perfect.
