No instructions included video instructions useless
Impossible to assemble without instructions. The video instructions were too short and never clearly showed the whole item for clear idea how to assemble nor when to add separate supporting base. Cannot assemble, cannot use.

three foldable sheets of thin paper and three shoestrings (scam!)
These “trays” are relatively thin sheets of card stock that buckle and break immediately under minimal weight and moisture. The “straps” resemble ribbons, like a shoelace except worse. This product is an outright scam. I hope they enjoy the money I paid them, because that is the last time.
