Factory was a plastic type material, this is aluminum material. It fit exactly as needed. Looks better than factory. Put 10,000 miles on car since replacing Working Perfect!

One of the pipes is not the right size.
The top pipe that connects to the throttle body inlet heater hose is not the right size. Everything is fine with the Thermostat housing unit, but that. It leaks antifreeze because the pipe is a little too big. not worth it don't buy it.

Not plastic
It's not made of plastic like the original. The aluminum is a much more appropriate material for the application. Didn't have all the seals necessary for a complete repair. Made in China.

good product
when removing this part from the car, you may run into inadvertently breaking the quick connection on the top therefore having to replace the whole tubing to the throttle body just for the connection. I saw it happen on a YouTube video and it happened to me so just letting you know. Other then that it was a fairly simple job and the part works great.

Throttle body connection doesnt clip on.
The top portion doesn't quiet click on. Had to take the rubber washer off to make it sink down enough, but now i am very cautious and weary. Would recommend spending the extra on GM certified.
