Smaller than anticipated
Had to return giving it five stars because it's a gorgeous pan but is much smaller than I anticipated. If you're making eggs sunny side up, this will fit two eggs comfortably. It's the size of my hand. Had to order the next size up 8 in

Perfect little pan
This was exactly what I needed. Great for heating a tortilla, frying and egg, even cooking a filet mignon or grilling a sandwich. That said, some oil spilled out on the side and got little splash on the bottom and I cannot get it off. I used a scrubby, baking soda, a razor-scraper that I use for the stove top, and no, it is caked on. And the underside of the handle looks gummy as well. It sort of looks like I haven't cleaned it and yet, I have certainly tried.Tomorrow I will go buy some Goo-Gone. I have pictures but can't seem to load them.

I actually got this to do eggs but it does so much more
It was packaged well. The pan has a nice look to it. .It is perfect for eggs. IE add cheese peppers etc. on top, or making an Omelet. I have even cooked mini sausage in it and onions. For 1 or 2 people this is perfect size. no big pan I don't need for my eggs etc. Cleans beautiful. If the outside gets a bit stuck a blue scrubby gently gets it off. I have 99% Anolon pots and pans. I have used them for years.Heat wise because so small it distributes heat very well. I had a slight concern because my other Anolon have copper inside but it does very well.I have 1 caution the handle if you have it over the burner it will get hot. Just be careful on placement. My other pots have metal handles too. I just never get burned because I am aware of it. and always have a pot holder near byI would buy this again most definatly

Love this size!
Perfect for eggs or a grilled sandwich. Easy clean, well made and looks good. Good release.

Nice pan
Now this is a nice pan. Just the right size for small cooking jobs. It is shallow but that works great when trying to use spatula to get your eggs out. And it is truly non-stick. I love it.

Perfect pan to cook a fried pan, but shallow
The media could not be loaded. I wanted to switch to a non-toxic non-stick for solo cooking (eggs, pancakes, grilled cheese, bugers) and ordered this pan for healthier cooking. But know that it’s very shallow, so you will not be cooking a burger in it (or anything with grease or sauces).Pros:Easy to cleanWider handle than most small non-stick pansGood qualityNon-toxicCons:Too shallow to cook a burger or heat up leftover pasta with sauce. This is a perfect non-stick pan for a fried egg, pancake or grilled cheese - but that’s about it.Hope that helps.

Perfect size!
This has become my go-to skillet for cooking small portions. A regular size tortilla fits perfectly inside and cooks 1-2 eggs easily! I like the feel and weight and would buy again.

Great pan, but handle gets hot
This is basically a Ninja pan with a different name and different handle. Which is both the good and the bad.The cooking surface is top notch, anyone who has used Ninja pans or anodized aluminum knows what I'm talking about. They're the only TRUE non stick pans out there, without the weird/toxic coatings. However, they also use an aluminum handle, which on a small pan like this conducts heat a bit too well. The larger Ninja pans (8-12") have bigger, thicker handles which don't heat up quite so much.Being a shallow pan is great for cooking sandwiches, burgers, and eggs because otherwise you'd never get the spatula under the food. Contrary what other reviewers say this IS deep enough to cook burgers or some things with grease, the lip is about 3/4 deep. So unless you're cooking some ultra greasy frozen sirloin burger on low heat which won't evaporate the liquids, you'll be fine.Wish Ninja made a 6" pan, but they don't, so this is a great alternative - just be careful.
