These really are awesome crampons and I feel so much safer with these. I had others that would shift and fly off my boots while traversing steep terrain. The straps are such a help, not that I've felt they are necessary, these crampons stay in place. But I feel better knowing they're there removing any potential for shifting. They are easy to put on and take off leaving the straps in place, sometimes just loosening them depending on the boots I'm using. These are great for light ice, snow, and frozen ground walking safety. I would not recommend them for thick ice on inclines. Great value too!

I've tried 5 different products of this kind of traction enhancer and this one is the best I've found . . . yet.Pros:1. (And Most Importantly) They stay on snugly and don't slip off or twist to one side or the other. All the other brands did this and it got pretty aggravating.2. They're reasonably priced, compared to the other brands.Cons:1. It appears that the metal studs are not replaceable. Some other brands do offer this and I wish this brand did the same.2. The metal studs (again, compared to other brands) are noticeably smaller. They look, to me, like they're about half the diameter of all the other brands I've tried. However, I will say that they still seem to be very effective in providing good traction in snow, ice, and slippery creek bottoms.Overall, I'm very satisfied with their performance and since they don't cost as much, I'm okay with buying new ones when the studs wear down. Just ashamed because this brand could be so much better with replaceable and larger studs.

These are amazing! I walk 4.5 miles a day, rain, snow, sleet or shine. The last few days in NH have been snowy and the roads are covered in ice. Wearing these cleats I’ve been able to keep up my normal pace even on the steep hills and my footing feels rock solid. I’m thrilled! I was worried that these would be uncomfortable on the few patches of bare pavement I encountered but they’re perfectly fine, it just sounds a bit like I’m wearing tap shoes ;) I highly recommended these cleats for snowy, icy conditions!

It says to order 1 size larger if you are putting them on insulated boots. I have a size 10 insulated boot. I ordered the largest size which is a XL and it says it fits 9 - 12.5 in men's. So, I thought that would be right. They do fit, but they are very hard to get on. They are stretched very tightly to get them on the size 10 insulated boots. Quality seems good. Haven't used them yet because we haven't had ice yet.

These shoe spikes are easier to get on than I thought they would be. Only take about 10-15 seconds to get the on your feet. I wear a size 11 M if that helps you judge. Game changer for shoveling / snow blowing on a sloped driveway. Works well in all types of snow and ice. Haven't fallen with them so far!! :D

Luv these. Easy to put on and you can hear the ice breaking as your spikes pierce ice. Sadly after 2 weeks the side strap already broke
