Great quality! Helps relieving the pain. I can see change in my back hump as well. Great product! Definitely you should try and be consistent with it. Use it daily 10 minutes in morning and 10 minutes night.

I did not find any good with my neck when I brought this. Instead go on YouTube and search for some good exercise that would help more in correcting your necks posture
