I can't take regular prenatal vitamins without getting sick so I switched to gummies, however, my doctor really wanted me to find a prenatal gummy with at least 200mg of DHA or supplement it. This was the ONLY prenatal gummy I could find with enough in it. They were more expensive than most every other prenatal out there so I was hesitant but glad I tried it.They come in a blister pack that is easy to pop them out of. Like some others mentioned, the texture is strange at first. I was thankful that there was actually no smell and no weird taste. Just kind of like flavorless or almost no flavor thick gelatin but it's not bad at all. They're not large or thick. I have been continuing to take these regularly and I'm really pleased. I do wish they were a bit cheaper or came with more per package at least but still good quality.

These taste great and there is no fishy taste or fishy burps! I wouldn’t describe the texture as gummy or chewy. I’m not sure how to describe it. It’s not super firm but also not like jello- it does hold its shape. It’s slippery but not slimy— which I think would make it easy to swallow whole-ish.

This has been a great prenatal DHA for me. I really like that it is not sweet or oily feeling. The chew is a slightly rubbery, but that doesn't bother me in the least. I also like that it has a great flavor without a lot of extra sugar. It has been a good replacement for the needed nutrients for my baby since I cannot eat fish.

This taste like garbage

I love these chews!!! Every fish oil pill I’ve tried has a fishy after taste/fish burps, but not these! And all the other gummies I’ve seen have very minimal amounts of DHA. These are a very rubbery consistency and the taste is pleasant enough. They’re definitely worth it if you want fish oil without the fishy taste.

I have been using these throughout my pregnancy and really like them. They have a nice gel like texture, the flavor is good, they don’t make me nauseous. The packing is a little annoying, I’ve punctured a few of the foil packets unintentionally. Other than that, they are great!

I am a huge fan of Nordic natural products, however these taste awful. I am giving it 3 stars because I trust the brand and know the quality of the DHA is good, but the taste made it almost impossible for me to take. I would opt for an actual pill instead if you are trying these while battling morning sickness.

Taste and texture are winners for this! I actually look forward to taking them everyday, which means I don’t forget! And zero sugar is an added bonus!! No fishy taste or anything. I wish all my vitamins tasted this good!
