This product is great! I use them for racquetball since I love to slide around on my knees to better get to the ball sometimes. I also burned some holes through some of my favorite pants, so they serve a double purpose to protect my knees and my clothing. And for that they are absolutely perfect. They are comfortable - not too tight but not constantly sliding down either. Eventually they will take too much abuse from me landing on them, but I think they'll last a pretty good while despite that. If you're looking for something that doesn't show signs of being used, then this isn't what you want. This is something lightweight and only adds a little padding - it's soft and squishy and you won't feel anything, but eventually it will get worn out as compared to a hard knee pad you might use for bike riding or roller skating.

Updated September 2024. These pads are great. I have to pull weeds while kneeling on our concrete walkway. These are so comfortable and worth every dime.Be sure to select the right size. I am 6'4" 290lbs. I needed large and they are very comfortable. These are made of sock material. With a lot of kneeling on the walkway to pull weeds I may get a year or two out of them. The reason is that the material is thick sock material. For comfort for the elderly these are great. Really padded. You wash these with your socks and store them in your sock drawer. Not that hard, foamy garage stuff.

I bought these knee pads in a panic when I joined a dance club and immediately realized that the wooden floor would not be forgiving. These are cheap, well-made, and will protect your poor knees from dance, gymnastics, or sports. I wouldn't count on them holding up through anything too extreme—after a little less than a year they've gotten slightly frayed from sliding and getting caught on whatnot. But as long as you aren't putting them through the ringer, they will serve you well.

I bought these to use to do knee punches to a heavy bag at the gym. Work great, protects my knees from scrape from the bag.

I bought them for my son , the first time he slid the knee pad got a dent on them by the 4th use the fabric ripped .

I recently had knee surgery and am uncomfortable being on my hands and knees. (Like my Pennsylvania German ancestors, I wash floors the old-fashioned way.) These knee pads are easy to slide on because they stretch to fit, and they are very comfy. They look washable. The price was right. Stitching looks durable. I may even use them to do bird dog and tricep kickbacks.

They might save you knee in the event of a mild impact but if you're going to use them as I did for crawling around on your hands and knees on a hard surface for any length of time, forget it. The padding was mashed flat in less that an hour.

Great for playing volleyball but looks a low quality material which I can’t fault looking at the price .

I bought these for my son to use as a netminder at ice hockey. He has found them very comfortable to wear and he has quite heavy usage and they are wearing well. I would recommend these for multiple activities
