I am 5' 2" and 230lbs and finding clothes and undergarments that fit properly, are comfortable, and look good is an ongoing challenge. Finding this shaper was a delight. It is super comfortable to wear all day at work, the back support it gives me is phenomenal, and it makes for a very flattering shape. I love it so much I hopped right back on Amazon the first day I wore it and ordered another in beige (which, BTW, is a peachy nude tone not the pinkish hue in the pictures). The only difficulty I have had is that when wearing these with an underwire bra it can cause some discomfort beyond what you might already get from poking wires. I swapped that out for a Shapermint bra with no underwire and that solved that problem. Hope this info helps!

i love this thing so far! it came in the mail a week ago and i’ve since worn it for two workouts as well as around the house. i followed the size guide and bought an XL. for reference i have a 36” waist as well as a long torso and the bottom of it sits comfortably right above my hips. i also like the fact that it has straps so i don’t need to work about it sliding or rolling down during workouts. i very much recommend this product, and i’m excited to continue using it :)

It fits very nice it gives a really nice compression and stability feeling I am 5'9 and 225lbs and i bought an XXL and i wished i maybe sized down one size just bc im on the tightest it can go and i feel if it was a little tighter it would be more optimal but honestly GREAT for the price especially with how much the other ones on amazon cost :]!

Inconsistent sizing. I read reviews that showed many were returned due to being too small. I checked the waist size on the product information before ordering. I ordered on beige in size large, it fit beautifully, so I ordered 2 more of the same size. Received the 2 new ones all of them were labeled size large but the second 2 I ordered were way too small. Had to ship back and order the XL. Once they come in I will update my review with how they fit.

Snug yet comfortable, it doesn’t roll down with sitting either!! Must buy!!

I just got this waist trainer to replace my other one (different brand and style) that’s now to big. I was hopeful for this one.But I’m disappointed, it’s very thin, the clasp section is too short, so if I were to pull it up where I want it (under my boobs and all the way down under my belly) to cover fully, there’s always a section of skin the bulges out, not flattering.The “bars” in the back of the waist trainer are the worst, especially since the fabric they used is super thin there’s nothing really holding the waist trainer together. My back has a natural curve to it when I stand my back leans backwards more, so the bars are bending, and pushing into my back. And no matter what I did to soften the areas it was just so painful and had to take the waist trainer off after trying to bare it for a couple hours.In a picture I posted with this review, you can see where I’m standing sideways with the trainer fully on, and in the middle of my back you can see where it’s pushing in.I got a size large and it was almost impossible to get it on, I had to lay down on my back to put it on. SUPER TIGHT FIT (but I also sized down by one, to get the super tight fit). So I liked that part.I will be returning this trainer and finding something more suitable and comfortable.

It’s way too big…. It’s nice, comfortable and definitely made for us long torso girlies but I’m 6’1 and 215 lbs, I ordered a L and even on the last set of adjustments it fits like a regular tank top. So size down so you can get ultimate results.
