The media could not be loaded. In short, just go for it. I did a huge research before buying this one, compared all the power banks which can also charge my laptop. Finally shortlisted this based on the multiple fast charging protocols support by this one. I must say it's fast charging is superb, tried on vooc, supervooc, quick charge 3.0 and laptop. All are running superb. Capacity of 27000mah really helps and gives enough juice for all my devices including my laptop. It has 2 fast charging USB type A ports and a PD TYPE C. 65W output is supported only by PD TYPE C and you must have a supporting type C cable. Different connectivity options increases the usability and can charge multiple devices at a time. It is a bit bulky keeping in mind the capacity. Though might not feel comfortable but to me it doesn't really matter as it is super useful specially because it can easily charge your 65 W laptop having a type c charging port.One extremely useful and unique feature which you don't get in all the power bank is that it has pass through feature, which means you can use it while the power bank itself is being charged.Thankfully mine came properly sealed and in a very good condition.

At first I put 1 star - because the product immediately broke within a couple of months after purchase - it just lay on the shelf and when I needed to use the power bank - it did not work, the support service did not respond at first - I wrote for several weeks. In the end, I was able to normally leave a request for a replacement through the official website of the manufacturer - and they also answered me by mail. The courier arrived - took the goods - found out that the device was broken not due to my fault - and the manufacturer made an exchange with a bonus from their company.Honestly, I really liked the bonus - that I decided to change the rating of this product to 4 stars - my MacBook, this power bank charges well several times. For some reason, this power bank cannot charge several devices at the same time - even if these devices consume very little energy. In general, it works well, beautiful design and easy to use - and most importantly, it charges the MacBook quietly - however, for this I had to buy a good 100A cable, the standard one included with the power bank is not suitable for charging the MacBook.

Firstly, let's touch on the positive aspects.The power bank itself is a good product. Its compact design is convenient for on-the-go charging, and the 20000 mAh capacity is impressive. The 12W fast charge feature ensures that my devices charge relatively quickly when it works.However, the major downfall lies in the terrible customer support I encountered. I faced an issue with the power bank not functioning properly with my iPhone. Despite its dual USB output and Type C & Micro inputs, the power bank consistently failed to charge my iPhone. I reached out to customer support for assistance, expecting a prompt and helpful resolution.To my dismay, the customer support was unresponsive and provided no solution to my problem. I felt completely ignored and abandoned, which is unacceptable when spending hard-earned money on a product. A lack of communication and support has severely tarnished my experience with this brand.If you own an iPhone and are considering this power bank, be aware that it may not work as expected, and the customer support team may not be there to assist you. It's disheartening to invest in a product only to face compatibility issues and receive no help in resolving them. I regret this purchase and would caution others, especially iPhone users, against choosing this power bank.

Value for money, charging port two - C and USB

My laptop says it's a slow charger, use a higher -watt charger. Although it's ok with my smartphone and if it's not I will return it after 2-4 days of testing.
