This makes business cards obsolete
Normally, when a new card arrives, you either tap it against the back of your phone or scan the QR code to get to the setup page. This is intuitive and user friendly, allowing you to quickly create a sharable digital contact device, with a lot more info (such as social media links) than would ever fit onto a prehistoric business card.However, the card I received was already set up by someone else! I quickly discovered that it was impossible to edit details because I could not log in.Next, I opened a chat on the Facebook Tapitag page. Mark the CEO responded very quickly (on a Sunday afternoon) and solved the problem.
