Delicious!
I have been searching for the Wagamama pickles for ages and these are a perfect dupe. I love the lotus root, just wish there was more!

Good value. Flavour ok
My first time trying this brand, I usually buy from the Japanese store but ran out. It’s good value, a huge pack so will last me a long time. I personally prefer the flavour if some of the Japanese curry pickles more, the very red coloured ones. The flavour on these are more sour maybe, but my husband liked these a lot, felt they were “cleaner” than the very red pickles. I’d buy again if I couldn’t get my favourites.

Nice
Arrived quickly and perfect although in my opinion the pickles are very sweet compared to the jar version and not a nice sugary sweet. These seem to use sweetner whereas the white lable jar version doesn't mention using sweetner which is probably why. So I'll stick to the white lable from now on.

Lovely once I got creative with the flavours!
Put my bag of pickled vegetables into a sterilized pickles jar so I know they’ll keep a lot longer than the suggested three days (plus I suggest a jar as these have a strong odour at first!). When I first tried them the taste wasn’t to my liking as I think the smell was overwhelming but I added rice wine vinegar to the liquid and let them steep. After a few hours they were lovely and scarily moreish! Not like Wagamammas I will admit but a nice alternative.

Eat these with most anything!
Crunchy, gently pickled, lasts far longer than the three days stated on the package (if properly refrigerated), great value for money - what's not to like?!
