Whoever put the package together (tools, parts, instructions, etc) is a freaking genius.The quality of the railings not only look great, but are also great quality!Quick reply from seller too.In an age where substandard customer service seems to be the norm, it's been great to deal with this company.

The railing was very easy to assemble, and it looks great!

The media could not be loaded. The main reason this kit is easy to install is because there are all the essential fasteners included. There is also tools included that are necessary for the installation. The only tools you will have to furnish are drills, measuring tape, and a 1/4" impact driver, but that just makes life easier. There are written instructions and even video tutorials about installation available from the manufacturer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the rails don't perfectly mount to the post kit without some slight modification as I pointed out in the video review. I would purchase this item again.

We really like the final look of the railing. We ordered five 4 foot sections and one 6 foot section (pictured below) each came in their own box. The horizontal rails have a protective plastic wrapping that must be delicately removed. We used a razor knife to cut around each of the mounting holes to remove the plastic which was somewhat time consuming so be prepared. The balusters come wrapped in a group and easily unwrapped. May be obvious but build the rail section entirely and then install it. You MUST have a rubber mallet to pound the top railing onto the balusters. Not sure I could have done this by myself as aligning each post is required as you move from one end to the other. All the hardware is included with each kit. The self tapping screws work very well. The 1 1/2 inch 7 node screws are 'Chinese' junk and easily stripped at the drive head. We ended up not using any of them. (Not sure what they were to be used for anyway.)Remember, you have to buy the Fence and Rail Handrail Post Kit to connect the various sections if not connected to the house or other post types.Would definitely buy this product again.

I was glad I choose this rail. I found it to be a good solid product that fit together well and suited what I was going for just right.

Assembling is a bit tricky. Layout planks. First insert each plank into the rail holes on one end (about 1" deep hole) then pull out about 1/2" into the second rail one by one. Align all holes once is impossible. Another difficulty is adding bottom screws due to limited access. It took me more time than I thought it will take but at the end it looks fantastic. Love it!
