Easy to install
Super simple to install and the app was easy to install as well.

Works with Precision PDS 370
My door opener is the Precision PDS 370 which is made by this company (private label) I wanted to share that it is compatible in case anyone else has this opener. Works great, watch the setup video first.

Does not work as advertised and no support from the company who sells it!
Item does not work as suggested. Does not tell me when door has been opened and I am away. I contacted support for the product and they told me to contact the App support for that. No help at all. I have a second door but I will not be ordering one for that door as I am not satisfied with how it works. It is basically a door opener for your phone. I would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent install instructions.
The media could not be loaded. Very easy to install and use. It responds quickly to the phone based application. It connected right away when installing. The price was way less than I would have expected. It appears to be well made and nice and compact!

Not reliable
I really was hoping this was going to work. However, its reliability is very much in question. At times I randomly will check to see if it’s connecting which it works fine and then when I needed to actually work, it doesn’t connect. I have reset it a couple times to get it going again and for a little bit longer, but then stops working, I’m gonna give another week or so if not working, I’ll send it back.

It reduces range of your opener buttons
After installing this, we had to be parked directly in front of the garage to get the door to open with the car opener buttons. It used to work from down the street. I uninstalled it and the range improved again.

Works with Viper garage openers
Initial install was simple. It doesn't seem to be Google Home-compatible; that would be nice to have. Just installed(12/11/24) and working great. Some reviews complaining about reliability; will watch for this and update.Viper is a rebrand of Marantec, so just wanted to point out for the Viper folks that this does work for the Viper X50.

Easy install and works great!
The stick was very easy to install. All you have to do is plug in and download the app to connect. The app is simple to operate. It's a great device to help me know if my garage door is closed and remotely give access when I can't be home.
