No real issues
This just about holds a 10kg bag of basmati rice. When in use the pour from the hopper is easy to control, but beware of some dropped grains as the shutter gets rice trapped in it when it closes.

Great space saving item
This is great as our rice dispenser. Easy to use, refill and has the handy cup to help you wash the rice.The design is great as it is rectangle and easy to place on the kitchen worktop.

Well made and multiple uses
I found this product to be substantial but equally very versatile in the kitchen. It’s well made and holds five kg. of rice and more. Easy to dispense the rice without having to constantly handle it. The cup dispenser is very useful as you can also wash the rice as it has holes on the side to drain the rice. Other ingredients can be stored in this container. Very pleased with the product and would highly recommend.

Poor quality
This product is poor quality but does the job I guess. One of the two we ordered had to be send back as it arrived broken and dirty.

Not quite 10kg of rice
Great product but annoyingly only fits 9kg of rice. Pain in the rear as I've now got to store the extra kg someplace else.
