Good customer service despite watch screen being faulty, refund and good communication

Really classy looking watch, only.let down by battery which only lasts just over a day

I have had this watch since December 2022 and I have been complining to Samsung about it since January 2023. You are supposed to be able to use the watch to record exercise: miles walked, calories burnt etc. This is what I bought the watch for but you can't complete a ten mile walk without the battery going flat. It looses about 10% of charge per hour while exercising. I have reported this to Samsung and twice sent the watch in to be repaired but they say they have tested it in a lab and can find nothing wrong with it and refuse to help further, no refund, no replacement watch. Their tests do not involve wearing the watch and going for a walk.When you do use it to record exercise it does not accurately tell you the calories you have burnt. On one occasion it told me I had burned off 2,150 Kcal during an 8 mile walk. That's 268 Kcal per mile of walking! It should be about 100 Kcal. It starts recording excise when it feels like it. It once told me I had spent the last 90 seconds cycling- while I was laying in Bed.Do not waste your money on this watch!

The watch is nice and fits wellHowever, the battery time is quite short (max 1 day)

The price of the galaxy watch was unbelievably competitive contrasted with similar items considering it was brand-new. The courier was on time & product arrived just as expected, all to my joy!
