Nice for Asian stir-fry cuisine
I use these arbol chili peppers for quick-prep, weeknight Asian stir-fry cuisine. Adding three peppers per pot / wok is sufficient to impart some flavor and a mild, humane heat, not so much heat that sweat trickles down your face, your nose runs, and you have to gulp water. When you combine these peppers with a healthy dash of General Tso's sauce, it really makes the meal tasty, whether it's stir-fry seafood, chicken, beef, or tofu.
