These Carmela brand sausages taste pretty good overall but they have a strong hint of beef hot dog taste, which I personally prefer they did not have. For me, chicken vienna sausages are a "guilty pleasure". The texture is exactly what I expect and like for vienna sausage. I have them only occasionally, because overall, they are a highly processed, not terribly healthy, high fat food. That's why I choose the chicken variety and eat them only once in a while, as an indulgent finger-food snack or instead of healthier breakfast food, LOL. Periodically I order them, trying different brands that have decent customer reviews. These from Carmela are good but I think I personally still like the ones from Libby's better (fewer calories and no hot dog flavor).
