Description not clear of which colour band you are ordering
Product description is poor and doesn't make clear which colour/rating band is being provided. It only mentions it being a black band as (a small) part of the part number, not in the description. Please be careful you are ordering the one you want.

Non-Resistant Rubber Band
If you are 6ft 18in, with a wingspan of 9ft, this is the non-resistant band for you. A grip stronger than a coconut crabs pincer is required, due to the slippery material used. The misleading photos used to sell the product must be commended.I am now praying my partner has brought me a set of 'Go-Go Gadget' arms for Xmas so I can use the dangly piece of rubber I paid 12 quid for.

Not as strong as needed.. good for some stretching or physio
Maybe would work for some stretching but be easy on it, i broke mine into pieces the first days of using them
