Easy to use, well made, plenty of options for juicing
All round good product. Only thing I would have liked was a manual included, but if I need, I can look atuff up. Quiet to use, too, which is important with some of the functions.

Effortless to use and so much power
The Magimix is very simple to use , easy to clean and extremely powerful. We've used it a few times now to mix bread dough. It does it with ease and in 30 seconds ! Makes very airy bread. Chops and slices with ease. The only down side is that the price for a powerful motor is it's heavy weight. However given that it's not that big, managed to keep it out on the worktop. Highly recommended if you want a mixer that will last and cope with hard jobs with ease

Reliable and solid piece of equipment
Have had my last maximize food processor for over 30 years and it has been well 'rocked'! Motor was still going strong but the cost of replacement parts against the fact that I did not know how long the motor would keep running made me decide to replace it. So far it is living up to all expectations and appears to be worth the investment. Only thing I find a little annoying is the massive amount of parts in the feeder tube. Which creates a lot of washing and drying up especially if you are only using the small bowl. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase and hope that it will serve me as well and as long my old machine did!

I eventually chose the Magimix 520XL & I'm pleased that I did
I took my time & read as many reviews that I could before buying. I eventually chose the Magimix 520XL & I'm pleased that I did. It is a really solid machine that works like a dream, with lots of useful accessories, in a neat box. It has tackled every task that I wanted in record time. The motor is very quiet too. It is an expensive machine but in my opinion it is well worth the money.

Just in love with my new kitchen gadget
Toyed with the idea of getting a Kitchen Aid before realising I needed something that did more. I don't bake as much which is why I chose the Magimix over the Kitchen Aid, but ironically have baked a lot with it! We've not had it long, but it's a heavy duty mixer that does everything - juicing (not like a proper juicer though!), mixer, slicer, shredder - I no longer need all my other appliances as can consolidate with just this one appliance.I've re-discovered a love for cooking because there's less prep time (sorry to Kenwood, the mini chopper has worked wonderfully for us over the years, but it's time to go now that we need to do more batch cooking!). We're a family of four with two young kids, so the 5200 is more than enough for us - managed to simultaneously batch make 4 dishes, a cake and a soup over a couple of hours with this on the first day (which otherwise would've taken me twice as long with our tiny mini chopper!). A total God-send.

Wouldn’t but again
I’ve had the Magimix now since 2017 but used it only sporadically due to complicated bowls usage/ stacking and amount of cleaning afterwards. If you try to mix pastry dough, the flour spills out of the lid so you do still get messy surrounding surface. And on two occasions the drive shaft got shredded and I had plastic bits everywhere and the machine won’t work anymore. So annoying especially since not a cheap item. Motor seems to be strong though. No use if it constantly breaks.
