Bought in March, died in November. Though still under warranty, forced to ship the computer, at my own expense, back to them. I purchased the extended warranty through ASURION, and ASURION said they could not help, as the manufacturer warranty was still in effect. The customer service is not only not helpful, but acted as if my call irritated them.

Got it and wouldn't boot, reseated the ram and it booted but still no graphics, black screen. all the trouble shooting and still no go. We even reseated the graphics card and tried different connection cable aswell as hdmi and displyport and diff monitor and no go. The graphics card must be a dead on arrival lemon. Not happy with this machine, returning it and waiting forever for refund to buy a diff pc. =(Now over 2 weeks later no refundAMAZON WON'T REFUND ME OVER 2 WEEKS AFTER SENDING THIS GARBAGE BACK. I SENT IT BACK THE VERY NEXT DAY.DON'T BUY A PC OFF AMAZON. THEY DRAG THEIR FEET AND COST YOU MORE MONEY. I AM GOING TO HAVE MAJOR INTEREST ON MY CREDIT CARD THANKS TO THEM STALLING AND NOT HONORING REFUND WITH 7 DAYS OF THEM RECEIVING IT BACK. MY TRACKING SHOWS THEY GOT IT 1 WEEK AFTER I SHIPPED IT ... SAYS RECEIVED ON MAY 1ST

So the computer didnt work when I got it. The manufactor replaced the CPU and Mothersboard. It works now.Other then that its a good computer.

Don't buy anything expensive at Amazon, they do everything not to refund you. The computer was not properly assemble (unable to connect some connectors). It's now 3 months that the computer was returned and I still didn't get the refund. I have multiple emails from Amazon Customer Services confirming that they receive the item and that the refund should be coming soon but 3 months later and I still didn't get my refund. Many emails and calls later and still waiting for my money that was over 3600$ .
