Love it.
My daughter loved this, she's a Keith Haring fan and love this love box. We send her cute messages and she feels super special.

Fun and easy
This little box is a great way to let someone know you love them even when you are not with them. My daughter and I bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day. My wife put it on her desk next to he computer and it notifies her whenever we send a message. We found it very easy to setup, and it is attractive even just sitting still. There is a less expensive version, also here on Amazon, but we liked the design on this one.App is easy to use and images/messages arrive quickly

Love notes for the digital age
The Love Box has been on my radar for some time. When I first saw it, I thought it was a sweet and unique way of sending a love note to your significant other. What got me really excited was finding this Keith Haring version of the Love Box the, in my opinion, elevates it from cute kitsch, to a piece of functional art. As a collector, there is something about Haring's style that lends itself perfectly to the concept and technology of the Love Box. Moreover, it presents as a piece of art when not in use, rather than just a cute small wooden box.Functionally, the concept is simple: Download the app, connect the box to your wifi, send messages. The communication is mostly one way - App to Box, however the recipient can spin the heart on the box to acknowledge the receipt of the message. There are multiple types of messages the app will allow you to send - photos, texts, gifs, etc. There are also prompts, and exclusive art available to send. The build of the box is exquisite. The box, itself, is solid, well laminated, with clean, crisp art. It is a beautiful piece. Even when not in use, it will look like a nice art piece on your desktop. With the added functionality, it truly becomes a conversation piece. As much as I love the Love Box, I have found it to have some limitations:- The content that can be sent to the box is limited - particularly with regard to videos. Understandably, memory, bandwidth, and processing power is going to be a consideration with a device like this, but the inability to send a video clip (and rather opting for a gif), seems a little dated in terms of current tech.- There are no real box side controls for the content received. The only interactions are viewing and responding via the external heart. The device has no screen controls, so you can't review or scroll through messages. You also can't delete a message - it can only be replaced by a subsequent message. All of the content management tools are only available on the app side.- There is an odd subscription add-on that provides additional content, but no additional functionality. Some might find this useful if they want (or need) a daily prompt to send a note, but for me, it didn't seem to add value.Nevertheless, I still feel this is a very nice and unique gift to give to the person you love. Yes, a text message is faster, cheaper, and more flexible with the type of content you can send, but it is not nearly as special. There is something quite charming about seeing the heart spin and the anticipation that follows as you open the lid to "unwrap" your message. It just feels more personal and connected. So by that measure, it is very easy to recommend the Love Box. It is a much more bespoke way of sending a love note in the digital age.

My husband LOVES this and it definitely has helped our marriage
When I gave this to my husband, he said he "love it more than he wanted to admit". He really lives on praise and compliments. I'm slow to give compliments. Not because I don't feel them but I feel uneasy feeling like things are insincere. Plus I talk less than he does (he'd dispute that, lol, but it's true!) He gives out praise all the time. His personality is like a troubadours. I am far more reserved in my feelings. When I first saw this, I thought it was cute, and I've loved Keith Haring's artwork for decades, so I was intrigued. But then when I read about it, I thought, what is the point of this? Why not just send a text message?I think this works better than texts back and forth, for us....basically because he gushes with the compliments and I don't. So what happens is there's too much of a cyclical loop that way when it's a 2 way street. The only way to make this more of a loop is to have one for each person. I think that would be fine if people are long distance and want to reconnect in more than just texts. But if there's an imbalance of praise or love messages, I think the person who is slower to send that is better off NOT having one of these and just using the app to send their love messages. It fills up the recipient's "love tank" without it becoming this endless loop and cycle. That being said, now if I *don't* send my husband messages throughout the day with this, he gets a little upset. So use with caution! Lol - it does help our marriage, and it would probably help your relationship, too. He is now attuned to the heart spinning and gets so excited when he sees that.

I think this is next level genius
Maybe no one else I show seems to really click. It may be ahead of its time .Personally when people can physically interact in new ways with technology especially socially I think it’s brilliant.Would love to see more products like this . I honestly think they are on to a huge market in the future here .

This makes the perfect gift
I purchased one of these several months ago directly from lovebox and gave it to my girlfriend. She absolutely loved it and since right now we're doing the long distance thing. It makes even better sense and she loves the surprise messages that she receives. We now have two of these boxes and the messages can go back and forth all day long
