Motivating
This journal is just what I need! It has helped to motivate me to cut carbs, increase my water intake and exercise. In two weeks I am down 7 pounds and actually wake up excited to eat healthier and exercise so I can record my progress at the end of the day!! Love this!

Ok, Needs Improvement
I would rate this product as OK, but not great. I might be fussy, but there are some specific things that really bothered me. First, on the daily log pages, there is a section at the top with space to record calories, sleep, etc. However, it’s not clear whether these are meant to be goals or daily totals. I think it would be best to have space for both. Also on the daily pages, there is a section to record what you’re grateful for and how you want to make tomorrow better. I think it would be more helpful to have a section for general notes, so you can comment more generally on your mood, health, circumstances, etc., and look for correlations between meeting goals and what’s happening in your life.I also dislike the status update pages. I think it’s excessive to retake body measurements every seven days. Seven days isn’t enough time to see a noticeable change in measurements, and that’s discouraging. I think it’s fine to record calorie totals and weight, just not measurements. And it doesn’t make sense to me that on the status updates there’s a space that says weekly calorie tracker, but those update intervals aren’t always weekly. There aren’t an even number of weeks in 90 days.There are typos, too. For instance, on the status update page it says “wight progress” rather than “weight progress.”The formatting of the weight timeline graph at the end of the journal is problematic. It’s a helpful thing to include, and it’s designed so that you can decide on your own scale for the Y-axis, which makes sense because we all have different starting weights. However, the space around the graph is darkly shaded, so when you write in your scale increments, it’s impossible to see the writing.I think this journal is a great idea, and it could be a really awesome product, but needs some serious refinement and editing. That said, it wasn’t ridiculously expensive, so maybe I’m expecting too much.

Great for record keeping.
Great fitness tool. There could be more space for tracking exercise but all in all these are very nice. I've bought several of these for women in my church to keep track of their fitness. I teach free aerobic & circuit training & this keeps the ladies on track. I love the pages to track weekly stats, areas for photos & measurements. It gives you the ability to set & reach goals. Well done!

Well planned out
I love everything about it. It has sections for your measurements, pictures,goals, your "whys",daily logs,mid way check-ins and achievements! Amd the end is your finally!!

Very helpful for dieting!
Print is large and easy to read. Good format for recording daily intake of calories, fat and carbs. Just wish there were printed lines designating cals, fats and carbs. Very pleased.

Very spacious and lots of room to write everything eaten. Has a drink record and spaces to fill in exercise and step count. Highly recommend.

Lovely journal
Absolutely love this journal!!!I wasn’t sure whether to buy it or not as it didn’t have many reviews but so glad I did.I did expect it to be a coloured copy inside but it’s no issue that it isn’t, the journal is bigger than anticipated which I love.Clear pages and I love the layout. I think this will be my new calorie logging journal for the future!

This book is great large size like a proper writing book , lots of room to write weekly check ins to keep you motivated cant wait to see where I am in 90days

It’s ok
It’s a fun product, interesting goal achievement pages, lots of spaces to write. Didn’t much go for the emojis on how I was feeling. I would have preferred to have been able to write my thoughts and feelings down. Also difficult to count calories when you make all your own food and there typo’s in the book which grated a bit. But it’s fun, I used it every day and although I didn’t lose any weight it’s amazing to see what I do actually consume on a daily basis. Definitely worth giving it a go, if you need to goal set.
