Q: What to do if hands not moving

Check the battery. I believe this watch has 2 batteries. One for the hands and one for the digital display. I have many watches. I believe that I had the same problem with the one that I have. Hope this helps.

Q: How do you change the day of the week, (Fri,Sat) mine is off by 2 days?

Hit the Mode button on the lower left hand side of the bezel until the field you what to change starts blinking. Then use the button on the lower right hand side of the bezel to adjust the data in that field (+\- hours, days, etc.). That’s also how you navigate to any of the other functions, including the alarm, to change them. Good luck!

Q: Is there any way to turn off the beeping between settings??

Dear Customer, Hello: The watch can't cancel the beeping sound when you set it up, it will only sound when you press the button.
