It was not defective
After I received the Waterpik Flosser, from amazon the charger worked for about a week. Not only that, the flosser came with a nice plastic box that was missing the 4 picks. So after buying and receiving the missing picks on amazon (~$10.00), a week later I found that the charger failed so I bought another for ~$10.00. I like and recommend the Waterpik flosser despite of the inconvenience of having to wait for the delivery of missing and defective parts. It's great that amazon sells these items.

Device would not charge the Waterpik
There was no magnet, so the device would not charge the Waterpik. Don't waste your time or money...

Turn it upside down if doesn't grip lol
At first I thought it wasn't working, then I realized I had the magnet upside down 🙃, and obviously works fine now. So it's exactly what I was looking for 😁

Broke waterpick water floss
I lost my original charger during a move and decided to buy this one. I put my water floss on overnight charging after which it stopped working.Now I need to buy a new waterpick water floss. Be careful and maybe look for alternatives.
