I somehow developed two hernias, and this belt is really saving me from the pain while I wait for surgery. The Velcro really sticks well, it's sturdy, and a great shape to support everything. Highly recommend!

I recently had my appendix removed and hernia surgery at the same time. My hernia surgery is was way worse. My Dr recommended me getting one of these, so glad I did it's way better than wearing the waist band the hospital gives you. This is not just for pregnant women lol

This has been helpful for working long shifts and being on my feet for extended periods of time! It feels like it supports my belly well. I’ve been wearing it since about 28 weeks and it has fit nicely the whole time it is a tiny bit bulky and you can see it under most of my clothes but overall I really like it!

I bought this because I am 9 months and officially in that big and miserable stage of pregnancy. I have been on my feet a lot cleaning the house and getting it ready each day and if I'm not doing that Im sitting at my desk working. My hips and back were killing me by the end of the day. Plus the pressure on my bladder was becoming too much to bear and I was reduced to laying in one position for hours to find relief. I got this band to help carry some of the weight and relieve the pressure. It works wonders. It's breathable and super comfortable to wear all day. It holds the baby's weight up off my bladder and supports my lower back without being constricting. I can move around better and sit more comfortably with it on. I would 100% recommend this to any pregnant woman.

Good quality, nice and wide bump area that works throughout the pregnancy and adjusts well with weight fluctuations. it is a little thick and the material isn't very soft so Def wear on top of clothes or an undershirt maybe, bc I was v uncomfortable in the 3rd pic, super itchy after a bit.

Just received this yesterday. I will update my review after wearing it for a few days or weeks.How I put it on myself. I don’t have someone to help me get dressed, wrapping and securing it behind me is mission impossible. I trued it and I couldn’t smooth it out. UNCOMFORTABLE. So, I ignored the instruction and wrapped and secured it in front. I then wrangled that thing to the back so that the belly lift was where it belonged. IT WORKED!!!! Nice and smooth baby.

I LOVED THIS BELT! I worked 8-12 shifts and this belt saved my back better than others I had tried. It didn't shift or move and it sat right where I needed the most support. It reminded me of the belly binders they give you in the hospital, but more durable. It was a little tricky putting it on at first by myself, but once it was on, I didn't want to take it off. It made me forget I was pregnant sometimes because of how well it kept the weight off of my legs.

This band was great to wear helped take pressure off my body used it in the second and third trimester
