Mono M80 Vertigo Semi-Hollow Jet Black

This is the best gig bag I've ever owned. Comfortable to wear on your back, quality of everything is as good as it says it is. I love that you can take it in and out of the case standing up. Usually at gigs in have minimal room as a mainly solo performer so it's ideal, I don't need to take a stand either just put it safely back in on breaks stood up against the wall.I saw in another review about the fact the opening is quite tight to actually get the guitar in and out of which I agree with, but my 000 shape Martin is fine but for a Dreadnaught would take more effort for sure.My only complaint is the storage pockets are quite tight and can't fit that much, I usually like to carry my mic for instance which would awkwardly fit in the big pocket, but no doubt they want gig to buy the additional attachable carry case.There's a picture of a plane on a random tag toward the headstock end which insinuates it's safe to fly with, and although it feels incredibly strong and robust I don't know how comfortable I'd be about it being at the bottom of a luggage pile.

This has to be the best guitar case on the market. I have an Epiphone Dot which is a Semi-Hollow body and when I wanted to take this with me after I moved to the Netherlands this case kept this safe and secure when I took it as carry on. Plenty of space within the case so I could even take my laptop in of the pockets as well as some other small pockets for picks etc.Can be held on your back or by hand. Safety of the guitar was amazing with lots of protection inside of the case. Pricey but worth it

OK elephant in the room - these are not cheap. But they are great value. I use this exclusively now for taking any guitar out of the house. With the exception of a 335. Super robust more convenient than a hard case and makes standard gig bags feel like dust covers. I've also got a double guitar version for gigs when I might take 2 guitars but with hindsight I think 2 of these would be more convenient. I keep it loaded with accessory kit, cleaning cloth, spare strings, multi tool etc. Highly recommend this to anyone who takes their guitar/s out of the house.

My son was nagging to get one of these and I couldn't really understand until I bought one. The case is very light compared to others and protects the guitar from pretty much anything you can throw at it. Having used it to commute backwards and forwards to college I can say this will stand up to all sorts of abuse and keep your valuable instrument protected at all times. Great gig bag.Ergonomically excellent.Perfectly padded.Ample storage for leads, picks, tuners etc. (you know what you need to carry)Fits like a glove.Massive (but light) rubber base to protect against end-pin or other vertical drop damage - from accident or just plain clumsiness.Why spend considerable coin on your guitar and then carry it around in a rag bag? Which this isn't.

Probably the best bass case available (in this price bracket). Excellent bit of kit.

Fantastic bag, although quite pricey. Being able to load the bass in and out whilst it stands up, without flapping over is a great idea, as i do that with all my gig bag anyway.I cant imagine anyone needing more than this if you are transporting your own gear. The fit for a standard Fender type of bass is really good, although it will also take longer basses.Ive marked it down one star as for me it was too big and wont fit behind the front seats in the car. This has made it unusable, but i realise this is just a personal thing.

I bought this gig bag for my PRS S2 Custom 24 and fits like a glove! This isn't your average gig bag, the extra padding provides great protection, the headlock system locks the guitar into place so it won't move around and the "boot" is incredible. It has only one pocket in front which can fit an iPad easily, a cable, strings and picks. If you want more space there is an add-on storage you can buy called "guitar tick" or you can opt for a Mono M80 gig bag which offers similar protection, has more pocket space but is larger.

Llevo con la funda algo más de 3 meses.Es una pasada de funda, y la protección es lo que mejor que he visto, a no ser que te vayas a estuches rígidos. Realmente he probado a dejar caer la funda con la guitarra dentro y vaya que si la protege.El pie de goma hace que te olvides de tener que ser cuidadoso cuando la pones en el suelo y la mueves de un sitio a otro. Lo malo es que debido al pie, no se sostiene fácilmente en posición vertical, y si por ejemplo la quieres dejar apoyada sobre la pared la tienes que poner con un ángulo bastante abierto (no muy en vertical) o de lo contrario se vuelca. Lo bueno es que te aseguro que no le pasará nada a la guitarra si se cae! La protección es espectacular.Funcionalmente, el que puedas cargar la guitarra por arriba es muy cómodo. No tienes que tumbarla en mesa o suelo... Se saca y mete la guitarra muy cómodo en un pis-pas.El bolsillo para mí, perfecto. Caben bastantes cosas y no abulta apenas.Probada con Les Paul, Stratocaster y Yamaha/Ibanez (modelos tipo new-strat).Incluso con la pala de Les Paul que está inclinada hacia abajo y eso suele ser un problema con algunas fundas, va muy bien y queda bien protegida.Funda bien equilibrada, cómoda para llevar a la espalda y también por el asa de mano.¿Porqué le pongo entonces una nota más baja? Pues porque francamente estoy bastante decepcionado con la calidad de algún componente. No se si por el calor del verano y haberla dejado en el exterior durante horas, pero nunca con sol directo, el reborde de goma de la funda se ha agrietado por casi todos los sitios. Y se ha endurecido diría yo, tiene pinta de que en cualquier momento, o si no con el tiempo, se terminará resquebrajando.Este reborde parece más ornamental que otra cosa, pero no es de recibo que por este precio y con estas calidades pase esto. La funda seguirá siendo igual de práctica y con excelente protección, pero teniendo 3 meses parece fea y vieja.Siendo una funda top, y por este precio, no me parece admisible.Supongo que en alguna renovación del modelo los de Mono tomarán nota y cambiarán este reborde por otro, pero en esta M80-VEG-BLK de 2023 es lo que hay.Actualización:La vuelvo a poner 5 estrellas. Lo reclamé a Mono, me atendieron muy bien y me la reemplazaron por una nueva.

This gig bag offers close to the same protection of a hardcase, but is much lighter. It fits all my guitars snugly . . . strat, jazzmaster (usually won't fit in most gig bags cases), and telecaster. The neck lock thing works well to hold the guitar in place in the bag, and the boot on the bottom is ample protection when you lean the case up against something to put a guitar in or take it out.The inside is soft and looks pretty durable, the outside is water resistant and a tough material. Main pocket is a decent size to hold some chord charts, a tuner, cable, spare strings/picks, and trem arm.No complaints . . . other than it being pretty pricey it's a great case.
