I have tried sooooo many water bottles over the years, and this style is, by far, the best kind ever! It's a great size to help stay hydrated throughout the day. The size is perfect so it fits in all of my vehicle's cup holders AND in my bike bottle holder. Also tucks nicely into my purse/backpacks. I can't stand straws in my water bottles, so this one is great that it operates so well without one. I love that I can lock the opening [handy when tossing into a bag], but also that I can flop down the cover on the lip portion to help keep it clean. The clip is so handy! I can clip it on to any bag, including drawstrings, for easy access.These bottles were out of stock for 2-3 years, and I was clinging to the few that I still had left. I was thrilled to see they came back in stock, so I bought six more! It's all we'll use now!

This is my third water bottle of this exact kind. I love the clip and the auto seal lid. They last pretty well. Eventually they stop sealing properly but that is after years of use. It is becoming harder to find them so I was so excited to find a 3 pack right when my old one was giving out.

Only reason I didn’t give these bottles 5 stars is because we were not sent the colors of bottles that are advertised. Otherwise this is a great water bottle! The carabiner function on the cap is awesome for attaching it to a backpack or other bag.

I stumbled upon these auto seal water bottles a few years ago, and was so disappointed when I could no longer find them in stores. When I lost one the other day, I thought I'd have to find a new favorite water bottle until I found them here!The auto seal function on this model cannot be beat: you press the button with your finger in order to drink. As soon as you lift your finger, the bottle is sealed. No need to open or close a lid or lip. This is particularly useful at the gym, where I never need to worry about my water spilling, and at my desk, where I never need to worry about spilling water on my computer.Unlike the models with a straw, this model is easily cleaned: the underside if the lid has an wide-open latch to open the sealed region for easy washing with any sponge.

I love the Contigo AUTOSEAL Cortland Water bottle. I’ve been using them for years. It’s so simple. You can drink with only one hand. It is leak proof. Be sure to use the lock and spout cover if you’re going to throw it in a bag though. It has a built in clip so you can hang it from a belt loop or a back pack. We use them every day at home, around town, at the gym, camping , and hiking. It’s so simple to clean. Just press one button and the whole leak proof mechanism opens for a thorough cleaning. I toss mine in the top rack of the dish washer. Snap the mechanism back into the lid and you’re ready to go again. No straw to clean or lose. Bonus!!

Love love love these. Got them after seeing a friend using them. 24 oz is a little small for hydrating during a long workout but, the diameter fits in nearly any fitness machine cup holder (unlike my favorite nalgene 1litre bottle). I haven’t experienced the mildew issues some other reviewers mentioned. I just toss the lid and bottle in the dishwasher to clean/sanitize after use. The only thing I would change (if I could) is that the air flow when drinking is a little uncomfortable and causes me to swallow air/burp. Set of 3 colors helps me keep track of which ones have been used already :-)
