Note: It will come in Blue not Green. Cisca only makes blue ones in the plastic now so you may need to get some sticker.
I ordered one before and it came in blue and it has been really useful and it has helped my sinus problems to no end. Therefore, I ordered TWO because it said green, but they came again in blue. I was really disappointed as I am trying to organise these for various family members because you can not share them, AND I would like to use one for my nose and one for my mouth and now have put stickers on them so I can identify which is which!I have been in contact with the seller, a lovely gentleman, who has explained that THEY ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN BLUE in the plastic, but come in different colours for the ceramic. Therefore this listing is out of date and the only one sellers can use. So if you need to specify who they are for, or what they are for i.e. mouth or nose, get some stickers yourself.Personally at home, I have a ceramic one which I use on my mouth and a plastic one for my nose only. And I have another plastic one for travelling, one for another family member's occasional use and one spare. I have found stickers and have labelled them accordingly for myself and for others.Another thing I think would be really useful would be something to carry it around in and also a cover for the mouthpiece, which Cisca should consider doing. Really useful when you are in a stuffy environment. I take cabs a lot and sometimes they are smelly and dusty. I just sit at the back and inhale through my mouth and exhale through my nose. I am finding I am less congested in the mornings. I am not cured, but am much better.

Very good, as I have asthma
Very good, as I have asthma, and had pleurisy earlier in year, helps a lot to clear lungs. But not sure it will last 6 months?.

Excellent for anyone, especially asthma or for breathing training.
This item is very good. I've used it during occasional night time [mild] asthma attacks, and it helps regulate my breathing instead of gasping for air.I find it is good for general use and if you have a cough or a sore throat or if you have spent the day in the city or other area that is high in fumes. It says during normal use it can last up to 6 months, having not used mine religiously every day, its lasted over a year, however, mine does still have salt left in it, but I've just had a particularly nasty cold and cough, so I am throwing it away and getting a new one!A must for asthma sufferers or any kind of respiratory issues, and also would be good for helping to regulate breathing during panic attacks as you concentrate on your breathing while using it. I have rather erratic breathing due to bad habits since getting asthma and it definitely helps me to breathe in a better way.

Im just happy i didnt buy a more expensive model
Having heard so much about the wonders of inhaling salt i decided to buy this for my father to try. He coughs and clears his throat constantly throughout the year and despite being told nothing wrong physically he still has problems. After spending time with this little salt pipe every morning and evening for the last few months i can honestly say it has not made one whit of difference. Im just happy i didnt buy a more expensive model. Waste of time for us.

Portable version of the Cisca Salt Pipe
I ordered this product as a spare, as we still had some life left in the previous one. So I haven't used the new one yet, but it will get used the next time one of us has a respiratory complaint.. I might just keep it as a separate one for another family member. Probably the price was a little more than if I bought it at Holland & Barrett, but I didn't have to travel anywhere to go and get it, so it ended up the same. They are very efficient if a person gets a persistent Winter infection that is not responding to the usual methods of treatment. Often it prevents us from have to have anti-biotics, by helping to clear up an infection.

I thought it was porcelain - but it isn't. This has its advantages though...
I already have a porcelain saltpipe - so knew they work (very well)... I bought this for my son, not really reading the description too carefully. So I was a bit surprised when it turned out to be plastic. On the plus side, my outdoor adventuring type son doesn't have to lug as much weight around in his backpack, and its far less likely to get broken. The negative is that the underside of this has sharp edges (not that you would cut yourself) that feel scratchy and cheap - this needs to be improved by Cisca IMHO - its not like their not making some money on this (I know what mass production and salt cost...and it is a "bit" less that the price here would reflect). In all: Yes I would recommend this product - particularly if weight is a consideration. If it isn't go for the porcelain version - its far nicer to handle.
