I used this to seal the connectors on some 4 wire rope lights for outdoor use during the holiday season. Worked very well, sealing the connectors to the rope lights and matching the connector and wiring, becoming almost invisible. Kept moisture out and eliminated the possibility of electrical shock or shorting due to moisture incursion.

This stuff is a game changer for anyone with visual OCD.Hate the colored button on an outlet or LED lightstrip? Use this tape. Baseboard scrape? Tape. Small chunk missing from a white cabinet? Tape. My entire room is white walls and furniture so black wires stand out for me. It was bothering me so I decided to get white wire/electrical tape and it stand out a lot less.

We have multiple occasions to avoid black tape on white wires. This tape cuts easily and adheres well to tires and of course it self for excellent coverage. Great purchase.
