None of the cross bars will fit when the side rails are installed all are to long and the thread inserts are mislocated for the front and middle cross bars you cant get all of the bolts in without widening the holes Do not waste your time and money on this roof rack

The instructions are a little sketchy, but if you lay it out first it’ll be obvious how it all goes together. If you’re looking for something like the OEM rack this is it, but half the price! All the parts seem to be made of quality materials. I was very surprised at how well it was packaged!

Came in with a broken clamp during shipment. Messaged customer service and sent me a replacement right away, no question ask. Looks very sturdy. and never had problem with installation and was easy.

I had an issue with the left rail and right crossbar clamps. The company was very responsive and replaced all defective part. No hassles, just asked for pictures.

I can’t believe this. 2 days before my trip, the box arrived with a MISSING RAIL. This is so unacceptable. I’m so upset right now.

I ordered this rack and it had a broken part. I have sent two emails but no response.
