Pleasantly surprised at how nice the flavor is.Mixability, I found if just adding it to your water , try adding just a small amount of water to make a thin paste . This will help eliminate any dry clumps. I drink this 2-3 times a day. I feel for me the fiber was a great help keeping me regular. I feel is a good price.

Never liked yogurt before
I’m not a big fan of yogurt, however sometimes age starts catching up with you and you find yourself making certain adjustments. I’ve never been a fan of yogurt until our daughter gave me this, suggesting I mix it in some vanilla yogurt, which I did. I now have this everyday as a part of my breakfast. Has a mild citrus taste.
