Delicious and easy to use coating that goes well on chicken or fish, be aware that these are 2Kg tubs and not 2.5Kg so you get a bit less than some on offer. Although 2Kg is enough for most families, we swap flavours with friends and workmates so having the little bit extra would make it go further.

Nice flavour , but not great cooked on a BBQ as breadcrumbs burn quickly , probably more suited for low and slow shallow frying , wouldn't buy again , thought it was a dry rub

Our butcher made the mistake of showing us the bucket with the MRC brand name of the coatings he uses. We love the lemon pepper coating mix! We highly recommend it. We've shared this mix with friends and family, and it kept just fine in the cupboard. We put the amount we want to use into a smaller bag (we prefer a lg. freezer bag) to shake and thoroughly coat the chicken, bone-in or breast. It's easy this way, and you greatly reduce the risk of cross-contamination. We just squeeze as much air as possible out of the heavy blue bag the product is in, twist the neck of the bag, and put it back in it's red box and snap the lid back on. Bought in October, and we've just used the last of it in May. It Stayed Fresh!

Fantastic seasoning and exactly what the butchers use. Great flavour, easy to use and good value.

Great taste and smell, would recommend on all types of meat, will try other flavours soon. This is the Lemon pepper coater
