My wife has been using this product and she’s quite impressed. The cotton cover is on the softer side and it soaks up real quick. The best thing is that it keep the top cover dry and there has been no issues related to rashes.No leaks as well. The size options also helps with different days and flows.Satisfied with the product.

These are great. I usually get the always infinity pads, but they were out of stock so I grabbed these ones, they are the same thing but with a cotton layer. The cotton does feel nice, and I felt like my "down there" could breathe more. These are the best brand for pads, I have been using them for years and they never let me down. These dont rub against you or feel like they're causing chafing. They don't make you feel like your wearing a diaper and when they are ready to be changed they don't make your bathroom look like a murder scene. They hold alot, and don't make you feel like your cold and wet constantly as they are absorbing. I usually get the 4s for overnight when I need the most coverage. They go far enough in the back where you really need more coverage when your laying down sleeping. So many others will leak out on your underwear or on your sheets because they dont have enough coverage on the back area. Not the case with these! They have a longer back area that wing out just a little but so there's more coverage and more absorbing surface area to stop any leaks. I never have to worry about leaking through during the night with these ones. I can sleep on my back or side without any problems and they stay all night and arent a mess in the morning. Also, these stay put once you put them on your underwear. You dont have to keep adjusting just to turn over or change positions in the middle of the night when your sleeping. The adhesive is strong but it wont wear your underwear out or keep pulling at the fibers which can eventually wear out the crotch area. They do work for during the day as well if your having a very heavy day. I think these would do very good for if your having to sit at your job and not able to get up for bathroom breaks for hours at a time. Shipping was fast, they got to me a day early than what I was estimated. The box they come in is nice enough that you can keep them stored in the box, and it didn't come smushed, dented in on the corners or damaged. Each pad is wrapped individually. I really appreciate that you can put these on an auto subscription so you are always covered and don't have a situation that I know every woman has had in her life where you have a surprise visit from Aunt Flo unexpectedly and it just so happens to be the month you forgot you needed to stock up on :)

I've found that regular pads---likely because of too much plastic/artificial material construction---cause irritated skin after several days of use. Cotton is often helpful for the sensitive bits, so I purchased this.I've seen, and used, these cotton Always from supermarkets in the past, and on occasion in pharmacies. However, for whatever reason, I've had a heck of a time finding these in regular stores now. Compared to another cotton pad brand I tried, I really like that these cotton pads are very slim and don't make you feel like you're wearing a diaper.The adhesion is also quite good, I like that it has wings on the side to help with adhesion/coverage, and it is very nice that they come in a variety of absorbencies. I generally always get at least the level 4, because it makes it so the pad is longer so that it covers more of the back of the underwear. The lighter absorbency levels are fine as long as you know you're going to have a lighter day. I have found the smaller, lighter absorbency pads useful to combine with a tampon if I've having really heavy flow periodically.The cotton variety of Always is more expensive than the regular kind, but these help me avoid the irritation and therefore are worth it to me. Again, I'm very happy that Amazon carries these since I can't seem to find them that easily in stores anymore.

Comfortable and effective

I bought these for post partum bleeding. They were way more comfortable than the organic cotton ones I also had. I gravitated more towards the Always ones. I think the flex fabric technology helped. Used them during the day and night and it held the blood well and kept me comfortable- even with stitches. Also they the stickers that held them in place were easy to remove, was nice during those sleep deprived days
