I was actually very skeptical because they are quite cheap. However, they do actually work. My 15yr old couldn't stop eating! After a full roast dinner he would be looking for more food after half an hour. So the label says that 1 daily dose contains the equivalent of 3 grams (3000mg) of raspberry (not raspberry ketones, but just dried raspberry).One average raspberry weighs around 5g. So... These capsules provide the equivalent of less than one raspberry per day?If so I'd be better off buying a bag of frozen raspberries and eating a few every day, surely?

Rubbish, waste of money! I get results from walking but absolutely no weight loss from these (instructions followed to the T).Keep your pennies in your pocket or buy some walking trainers and use them (it's better for the little grey cells as well!).

I have only just received this so it is too early to know if it will work but for the price I would say I have to give it a try! Ordered one day, arrived the next so very fast and prompt service too.
