I did a lot of research before choosing this carrier and I could not be more pleased. I am 70 yr old female and bought this to transport trash and yard debris to the dump site. The instructions could have been a little clearer but after studying the diagram I was able to attach the pieces together properly. It is well made and travels smoothly without rattling. I love the ramp and the carrier came with locking pins to hold the ramp upright while hauling or it can be locked while lying flat or folded. I purchased 2 keyed locking pins to replace the easily removable pins so that it cannot be stolen. I highly recommend this carrier and the price of $235 (inc tax & ship) was very reasonable.

Ramp could be longer the scooter will not travel up the ramp and over on the platform without bottoming out the longer ramp would either help or resolve this

I have a SUV and the receiver is 20 inches from the ground so had to buy a 10" hitch riser so ramp not to steep.

your product is great and I wish I could have used it. It just is too wide and large for my small car. thank you so much for being a great seller.

It seams like there is something wrong. It rattles a lot. An moves up an down with slack.

I had no where else to store my generator so not only was the rach trash for 200$ but I had to give my generator away. 1800$ total crap could not be more disappointed. Generator weight is 207lbs this says 500lb capacity. I drove 55 miles or under due to windy and route conditions.

There’s a parts included which I don’t know how to use it. Not provided in the instruction how to place it. Not savvy bout this but i think it should be mention or shown in the post.
